R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. is searching for a Project Manager with a primary expertise in the historical archeology of North America.  The successful candidate for this position must possess an M.A. or Ph.D. in Anthropology/Archeology, have completed an accredited archeological field school, and have worked in the field of CRM or have served in a similar capacity for at least four years.  The position requires superior field and interpersonal skills; computer, writing, and management skills; experience with report writing and applied knowledge of Section 106 of NHPA; and familiarity with GPS and/or GIS.  Opportunities for advancement to significant management responsibilities are available for the right candidate.  Experience in both prehistoric and historic archeology is strongly preferred, and extensive field experience in historic archeology is essential.  Previous meaningful involvement in the urban archeology of the Southeastern U.S., Gulf Coast, and eastern Texas is desirable.
 
This is a full time, salaried, professional position with full benefits package (paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; health, dental, and life insurance; and a liberal 401(k) plan).  The salary will be competitive and commensurate with educational and professional experience.
