The University of West Georgia seeks to hire a full-time, non-tenure-track lecturer to begin August 1, 2019. The preferred candidate will have a focus on critical cultural issues in historical archaeology and be able to teach a 4-field Introduction and Introduction to Archaeology, as well as upper division courses in the candidate’s area of research. Regional and topical areas not represented in the department are favored. The 4-4 teaching load is divided between two semesters and includes some service obligation.
