Principal Investigator Archaeology

Gray & Pape, Inc., a national cultural heritage firm, is in search of a Principal Investigator - Archaeology Richmond, VA office. The Principal Investigator is responsible for timely and cost-effective conception, implementation, and completion of projects as well as the design and implementation of effective research designs within constraints of project schedules and budgets. This person will also be asked to assist with proposals and marketing. A complete job description is available upon request. Minimum qualifications: M.A. in Anthropology or related field and CRM project management experience. Experience with broad range of cultural resource projects required. Expertise in the archaeology of the African American diaspora preferred.  Demonstrated excellence with written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively supervise people is important.
