Data Privacy Agreement

To use the online credit card processing system, a user account with your personal details will be created. Your user data, your actions and the results of your actions will be stored within the system.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

Information stored in the online credit card processing system will be used exclusively for purposes of the Society for Historical Archaeology and will not be distributed or sold to other parties for other purposes except for legal reasons (e.g. in the case of an external audit).

Right to Information

Upon request, the Society for Historical Archaeology will provide you with your personal data that we store about you in writing. You can inquire where the data was collected, to whom the date is disclosed, and the purposes for which the data has been stored.
