Trump’s Budget Blueprint Includes Elimination of the NEH

We all know that the Trump Administration will promote dramatic changes to programs and resources we value.  Sources indicate President-Elect Trump's  Budget Blueprint will propose the elimination of cultural programs, including the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), and federal funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB).  Combined, these programs account for a mere 0.02 percent of the federal budget, but their loss would have significant impact on support for the humanities and the loss of the NEH will impact funding for archaeological research.
