SHA Climate Survey Deadline Extended to Wednesday, May 4, 2022

Dear SHA Members,

The deadline for the SHA Climate Survey has been extended to Wednesday, May 4, 2022. We are asking you to complete the survey which asks a range of demographic questions, your opinions, and insights on SHA's equity and  inclusion strengths, gaps, and existing opportunities. This survey should take about 12-15 minutes to complete. The survey tool and responses are not held within the SHA organization. All responses are anonymous and the raw data will not be shared with anyone in SHA. The results of this survey will be shared with the Board, the  Gender and Minority Affairs Committee, and the membership at large.
