Registration for the SHA 2021 Virtual Conference is Now Open
Dear SHA Members,
Registration is now open for the SHA 2021 Virtual Conference at www.conftool.com/sha2021.
All papers and posters for the 2021 Conference will be pre-recorded and uploaded to the OpenWater platform prior to the conference for your viewing. The session times in the Conference agenda will be live sessions for discussion and questions and answers from the audience on papers in that session. You can view the Conference agenda via the link on the ConfTool login home page (www.conftool.com/sha2021). The link for the conference program is right about the green Account Login bar.
Advance registration rates will be available until December 15, 2020. After that date, registration rates will increase. Registration will remain open throughout the conference.
A copy of the Preliminary Program for the SHA 2021 Virtual Conference is attached to this email.
Just a quick reminder that user accounts from previous SHA conferences are not carried over from year to year. If you have not already created a profile in ConfTool for the SHA 2021 Conference, you will need to click on the “Create account and register for the conference” link on the ConfTool home page. If you submitted an abstract for the 2021 Conference, you will have already created an account and should use the login and password you used at that time to register for the conference.
All presenters, discussants, and forum panelists must register for the SHA 2021 Virtual Conference by November 1, 2020. If you do not register by that date, your paper/poster will be dropped from the conference program.
Thanks to a generous donation from the PAST Foundation, we are able to offer a $10 discount on registration to the first 250 students (members and nonmembers) who register. The discount will be given on a first come/first served basis until gone.
If you have any questions on registering for the SHA 2021 Virtual Conference or require assistance with your registration, please contact the SHA Headquarters staff at hq@sha.org.
Sincerely,
SHA 2021 Conference Committee
