Have You Registered for the SHA 2017 Conference?

Dear SHA Members,

The early registration period for the SHA 2017 Conference on Historical and Underwater Archaeology will end on Friday, December 2, 2016. After that date, registration rates increase.   Please take a few minutes to register for the SHA 2017 Conference today.

To register online, go to www.conftool.com/sha2017. If you have already created a profile in ConfTool for the 2017 Conference, please use the user name and password you selected to log in and register. If you have not yet created a profile in ConfTool for the 2017 Conference, click on the “Create account and register for the conference” link on the ConfTool home page.

The schedule of sessions and events at the SHA 2017 Conference can be accessed from the ConfTool home page (www.conftool.com/sha.2017). The link for the conference program is directly above the green “Account Login” bar.

Everyone presenting a paper or poster at the SHA 2017 Conference, participating on a forum panel or acting as a session discussant must register for the Conference at the full Conference rate. One-day registrations and guest registrations are not allowed for individuals presenting at the Conference.

Online registration will be open until Monday, December 19, 2016.

If you are a student, you can receive free registration by volunteering eight-hours of your time at the conference.  Please go to: https://sha.org/conferences/ and click on Student Volunteer Opportunities for more information.

If you have not reserved your room at the Omni Fort Worth, you can do so at: http://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/fort-worth/meetings/society-of-historical-archaelogy or by calling 1.800.THE.OMNI and referring to the Society for Historical Archaeology and 2017 Conference. The cut off date for reservations in the SHA room block is Friday, December 9, 2016.
