Field Technicians
Richard Grubb & Associates (RGA) is currently seeking qualified archaeological field technicians for an 8-9 Day Phase I Archaeological Survey in Vermont.
Applicants should have (at a minimum):
- A./B.S in Archaeology, Anthropology, Tribal Historic Preservation, or related field with prior coursework in, or demonstrated knowledge of archaeology, prehistory, and history
- Archaeological field school experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to document shovel test excavations and record detailed notes
- Ability to work well with others
- Prior CRM experience of at least 1 year preferred
- Familiarity with Phase I work required.
The payrate is $23.53 per hour inclusive of health and welfare. Project has hotel pre-paid and per diem of $59 without receipts.
