2026 APPLICATION FOR THE SHA DISSERTATION RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP
The SHA Scholarship Committee will review applications and decide on awardees. Each year, the committee identifies the number of scholarships to be awarded and the amounts granted.
Applicants should be aware that if they receive financial aid from their university, their eligibility for other sources of aid may be affected upon receiving a scholarship. Applicants are encouraged to consult with their university’s financial aid office before applying.
Typical awards are between $500 and $2000.
Students are eligible to receive funding up to two times per scholarship.
The SHA Scholarship Program is made possible through a generous donation. The amount of funding awarded each year is determined by the amount that is donated to the program.
