RGA, Inc. is seeking an experienced cultural resource specialist to be based out of its Cranbury, New Jersey headquarters. Minimum qualifications include an advanced degree in anthropology or archaeology (36CFR61); a minimum of 7-10 years experience as a Principal Investigator; experience with the archaeology, history and ethnohistory of the mid-Atlantic region (preferred); experience with federal and state cultural resource management regulations, including a good working knowledge of NEPA and Section 106; and successful management experience in supervising fieldwork, research, subconsultants, report preparation, and personnel. This individual must have demonstrated experience managing all aspects of cultural resource projects and must have experience in proposal writing and budgets, technical report reviews and senior staff management. The successful candidate will be expected to act as a direct contact with federal, state, county, municipal, and private clients, and interface with regulatory agencies.
