SHA 2021 Conference Presenters Must Register for the Conference by November 1, 2020!

Dear SHA Members,

A quick reminder for anyone presenting or organizing a session at the SHA 2021 Virtual Conference that you must register for the conference by November 1, 2020.  Those who fail to register by November 1 will not be allowed to present their paper/poster or have their paper/poster presented for them. This policy will be strictly enforced. For papers or posters with multiple authors, only one of the paper’s/poster’s authors must register for the conference. All panelists and discussants must also register at the full conference registration rate in order to participate in a session.

Registration is open now at www.conftool.com/sha2021.

You can view the Conference agenda via the link on the ConfTool login home page (www.conftool.com/sha2021). The link for the conference program is right about the green Account Login bar.

Just a quick reminder that user accounts from previous SHA conferences are not carried over from year to year. If you have not already created a profile in ConfTool for the SHA 2021 Conference, you will need to click on the “Create account and register for the conference” link on the ConfTool home page. If you submitted an abstract for the 2021 Conference, you will have already created an account and should use the login and password you used at that time to register for the conference.

Thanks to a generous donation from the PAST Foundation, we are able to offer a $10 discount on registration to the first 250 students (members and nonmembers) who register. The discount will be given on a first come/first served basis until gone.
