SHA 2019 Conference Registration Now Open

Dear SHA Members,

Registration for the 2019 Conference on Historical and Underwater Archaeology is now open at www.conftool.com/sha2019. The advance registration period runs from October 1, 2018 to Saturday, December 1, 2018. After December 1, registration rates increase.  Pre-conference registration closes on Saturday, December 15, 2018. After December 15, all registrations must be done on site at the Conference. 

If you submitted an abstract for the 2019 Conference, you already have a profile in the online registration system.  You should enter the user name and password you created when you submitted your abstract to access the online registration.  For everyone else, you will need to click on the "Create Account and Register for conference" link to create your profile in ConfTool and then proceed to register for the Conference.

If you have any problem using the online registration system, please contact the SHA Headquarters staff at hq@sha.org.

All presenters, discussants, and forum participants must register for the SHA 2019 Conference by Thursday, November 1, 2018.  Those who fail to register by November 1, 2108 will not be allowed to present their paper/poster or have their paper/poster presented for them. This policy will be strictly enforced. For papers or posters with multiple authors, only one of the paper’s/poster’s authors must register for the conference. All panelists and discussants must also register at the full conference registration rate in order to participate in a session.
