2024 Conference Abstract Submission Deadline Extended to July 15, 2023

Dear SHA Members,

The SHA Board of Directors has voted to extend the abstract submission deadline for the SHA 2024 Conference Call for Papers to July 15, 2023.  This will be the only extension, so please don't delay in submitting your abstract at: www.conftool.com/sha2024.

A list of "Open" Symposia is available on the SHA website at: https://sha.org/conferences/. If you are interested in submitting to an Open Symposium, please contact the organizer first to discuss your interest.  Contact information for each organizer is included with the symposium abstract on the website.

If you are interested in submitting an abstract for the 2024 Conference but know that you will be unable to attend in person, you can submit your abstract as a pre-recorded video.  Videos will be uploaded to the SHA Virtual Conference platform and will be available for viewing by conference registrants prior to, during, and after the Conference.  Anyone submitting a pre-recorded video for  the Virtual Conference platform will be required to register for the 2024 Conference at the full conference registration rate.

All other presentations at the 2024 Conference must be in-person.  Pre-recorded presentations are not allowed in an in-person conference session.
